  • Passage of the RICA (Reading Instruction Competence Assessment)
  • Successful completion of student teaching
  • Completion and documentation of the U.S. Constitution requirement
  • Completion of Adult, Infant, and Child CPR
  • Recommendation by the Program Chair on completion of the course of study
